I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of my room, which offered a stunning sea view that added to the overall experience. The decor was charming, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The bed was comfortable and clean, making it easy to unwind. I did notice that the room could use a bit of a facelift, as it felt a tad tired, and some deep cleaning was needed due to visible cobwebs in the high ceilings.

We had a cozy family room with comfy beds, and they really spoiled us with sweet biscuits and water for tea. Super clean and warm. A lovely balcony to sip our drinks while watching the kids.
The noise from the bar was like a late-night concert, making sleep a precious commodity.

On arrival I was greeted in a friendly and efficient manner. I had been allocated a single room on the top flooring which entailed climbing a lot of stairs which some quests might find difficult. The room was clean and adequate. I had been warned that due to the room being on top floor the shower would take some time before it became warm and whilst that was case I found that it was either cold or extremely hot and I was unable to control the temperature.(It appeared that both shower feeds were plumbed in to the hot water supply and both regulators had thermostats which was very unusual and probably why the temperature was uncontrollable). The shower room was very small as was the sink.It was nice to get a bottle of water and a biscuit with the tea/coffee.The cooked breakfast which was included in the very reasonable rate was good.I was lucky on this occasion to get one of the car parking spaces outside the hotel (you can use a nearby hotel car park for a fee of £5.00 ).I had travelled to watch tge fireworks and the hotel was convenient for that.

We recently enjoyed a two-night stay at this charming hotel while attending a local event. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the tram stop and away from the hustle and bustle. Our room was pristine and recently refurbished, complete with a lovely balcony. Breakfast options were plentiful, and the locally sourced cooked meals were delicious.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Everything was fabulous, loved our enjoyable stay. The breakfast was lovely, with excellent friendly staff and plenty of food. Lovely location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed. Free Wi-Fi was excellent and the service was very good. Moreover, we could park the car on street.

The check-in process was quick, and the staff, especially John, were helpful. My room was clean, warm, and cozy, making it perfect for a night’s rest. The breakfast was fresh and served promptly, which I really appreciated. Plus, the bottles of water provided were a nice touch that you don’t often find in hotels.
None! 😊.

The warm reception brightened our stay
We received a warm welcome from the staff was good. The room's temperature was surprisingly comfortable.
Unfortunately, cleanliness was lacking. The corridors felt neglectful and the room had an underlying stale odor. We experienced issues with broken amenities, which detracted from our overall comfort.

The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was delicious. Location: the hotel was next to the sea and a scart port. And it's within easy walking distance of The Buffet at Bellagio, ate there once or twice...

A Wonderful Stay at North Ocean
During my trip to Blackpool, I was eager to explore the Blackpool Zoo, known for its fantastic array of animals and lovely gardens. I chose North Ocean mainly for its proximity to the pier, and I was pleasantly surprised to find free parking available on the street, which made my stay even more convenient. I also enjoyed their restaurant menu, featuring classic dishes each evening, especially the signature meals served on hot stone platters, which were a good experience after a day filled with sightseeing.

Excellent seaside stay with really good breakfast
The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach, offering fine sea views from my room. The staff were genuinely friendly and eager to ensure I had a pleasant experience. I think they could improve by addressing minor maintenance issues in the room.
